Welcome to the Elders Unlimited Learning Centre
Elders is committed to providing our employees with all of the information, tools and resources necessary for success. The Elders Unlimited Learning Centre offers a set of online training modules to inform employees about Elders policies, procedures, systems and products and to provide the training that they require for their roles.
In order to make it easier for you to access and complete this training, we have made it available over the Internet. Elders staff can now access the Elders Unlimited Learning Centre online from any computer, anytime it suits them.
To log in you will need to enter your Elders network username and password (what you use to log onto your computer) below and then log in to the Elders Unlimited Learning Centre using the EULC username and password.

You need to already be set up as a user of the Elders Unlimited Learning Centre in order to access your learning via this site. These details would have been sent to your Elders email address. If this has not occurred, you will need to contact Melody Thompson on 08 8425 4634. However, your access cannot be enabled until the next system update (within 24 hours).

Logging in for the first time
As you are doing this training from outside of Elders, using your own or others equipment, there are some technical requirements. Before you access your online training you will need to ensure that you check the following:
Elders Unlimited Learning Centre Access: You need to already be set up with an Elders Unlimited Learning Centre username and password. If you have not received an email containing this information please contact Melody Thompson on 08 8425 4634 during business hours only.
Username and Password: As you are working outside of the Elders system, the ‘forgotten password’ function is not available and you will need to ensure that you have your username and password with you. Password resets can be done by Melody Thompson during business hours only.
Internet Connection: You will require a computer with an internet connection. Due to the use of sound, video and other media within the training we recommend that you have a broadband connection (a 56k dial up modem will allow you to access the training, but may slow loading times).
The Computer: You will need to have one of the following operating systems installed – Windows 2000, XP or Vista. Make sure that you have the latest updates and virus protection before you go online.
Other Programs: In order to access the interactive elements of the training you will require the following software:
Both of these can be downloaded for free. You will need to ensure that you have the latest version of each of them installed.
Browser Settings: Internet Explorer is the approved browser for accessing this training. There are two settings that need to be checked before you start your learning. These only need to be changed once.
Part One: Click the ‘Tools’ menu and select ’Internet Options’. Press the ‘Advanced’ Tab and scroll to the option ‘Enable Java’. Tick this option and press the ‘Apply’ button.
Part Two: Under ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’ find the ‘Temporary Internet Options’ section on the ‘General’ Tab and click ‘Settings’. Ensure that the ‘Every time I visit the webpage’ option is selected and press the ‘OK’ button.
As you are using non-Elders equipment, the IT Helpdesk are not able to assist you with technical issues.
