HELP
If you encounter any issues please check the following:
| Are you connected to the Internet? | Check whether you can see other Internet pages. If it is a problem with your personal internet connection you should contact your Internet Service Provider. |
| Are you using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Java and Flash Player? | Updates are available from www.java.com and www.adobe.com |
| Are you using the correct operating system and browser? | In order to access this training over the internet you need to have Microsoft 2000, XP or Vista on your computer and be using Internet Explorer as your browser. |
| Can you see other modules or parts of modules within the Elders Unlimited Learning Centre? | It may be that just the module that you are in is not working. Try another module and come back to the problem section later. If the issue continues please email lmsmanager@elders.com.au with the name of the module, the lesson and the page or interactivity that is not working, and details of the error. |
| Are you using the correct browser settings? | Check the following settings: 1) Click the ‘Tools’ menu and select ’Internet Options’. Press the ‘Advanced’ Tab and scroll to the option ‘Enable Java’. Tick this option and press the ‘Apply’ button. 2) Under ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’ find the ‘Temporary Internet Options’ section on the ‘General’ Tab and click ‘Settings’. Ensure that the ‘Every time I visit the webpage’ option is selected and press the ‘OK’ button. |
