Elders currently employ more than 4000 people working in various Australian and overseas locations. We have representatives in Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, China, Germany and Italy.
There are Elders branches in regional and rural locations in all Australian states and territories. Elders people live and work in rural Australia, servicing our clients. Our national Business Support Office and senior management team are located in Elders House, Adelaide.
The company actively encourages and supports on-going employee training and education in order to grow our knowledge and skill base. Current development activities include front line and middle management programs, traineeships, technical and product knowledge training. Elders people are committed to delivering the highest levels of knowledge and skills, to assist our producer clients extract maximum value from their enterprises.
